As an innovator in the aerospace industry, Bombardier continuously plans for ways to expand. For their Business Aircraft division, they established a transformative approach to improve all areas of aircraft assembly and customer management. This initiative included a management development plan for its leadership team, supervisors, and managers.
Piiva collaborated with Bodhi Principle to introduce its first mindfulness program with Bombardier’s leadership team. The program included meditation, breathwork, and mastery techniques to increase team health, working efficiency, and communication. After a successful engagement, the program was rolled out to their larger supervisory and management teams.
This initiative set the foundation for Piiva’s current five-week program. Based on feedback from the participants regarding benefits such as increased focus and reduced stress, the program was refined to include additional meditation exercises.
Piiva was brought in as a mindfulness-based performance program. It became a foundation for our team to achieve a huge transformation, turning our unit into a profitable operation.
